The Princess Run

Hello from Florida -- it's been busy -- so here is what we have done so far.

Sunday - Up at 3:30 a.m. and ready to run.
Cold, Cold, Cold about 42 here -- I know that is warmer than LC, but this is Florida.

The girls started running at 6:28 --- I went over to the Magic Kingdom - Castle - to wait on them to run through Main Street. The sun finally came up, but it was not much warmer.
They finally passed and they saw me and gave me their jackets. They were having a blast.

Then I returned to the finish line to wait on them again.
Wait till you see their medals -- they had a great run.

Then, after a brief trip to the hotel, off we went again. Not even 13.1 miles can slow them down.
We went to the Mall and then to the Disney Boardwalk.
Forrest had a treat for us. She took us to this little ice cream parlor and ordered us the KITCHEN SINK!! Literally the kitchen sink. It had about 8 scoops of ice cream and every topping you can ask for - an entire can of whipped cream etc. Well - when they serve it they turn out the lights, turn on the sirens and start yelling --THE KITCHEN SINK -- so everyone in the ice cream parlot looks at you -- and may I add it was full of people. Forrest was cracking up because she knew she had played a great trick on me and Elyse. YEP -- she got us.

Today the Magic Kingdom -- we are so excited!
