Rain- Rain- Rain-- sorta a yucky weather weekend.
Today, when the rain had stopped, Mike managed to cut down a few trees (very small ones) and we almost feel like we have a front yard. Maybe a little sunshine will reach us now.
Joe arrived in time to help carry away the brush.
Joe (Elyse's) requested a fried shrimp dinner. So we had a wonderful feast and now everyone is about to pop.
Our trees are in full bloom and are beautiful. When you look out the window it looks like snow.
I'm waiting on the liliacs.

Okay my weekend went and came without me even knowing it was there -- just the same way this week has gone -- we had 3 meets scheduled -- one on Tuesday we did not get home until 10:45 -- Forrest ran 13:21 on 2-mile and came in 2nd. The meet for today was cancelled and the one for tomorrow is on but only for a few of our runners -- Forrest will run at 4:30 -- it's a big meet and she wants to just bring her time down.
