Jimmy Raymond Holbrook SR, 62 of Bledsoe was born on Wednesday, November 23, 1949 at Pine Mountain, KY and died on Sunday evening, September 09, 2012. He worked for over thirty years as a heavy equipment operator.
He is preceded in death by his father, Walden Holbrook two uncles, Raymond and Milburn Holbrook.
He is survived by his wife, Angela Patrick Holbrook of Bledsoe;
his mother, Omeda Holbrook of Bledsoe; his children, Jimmy Holbrook, JR and Melissa Holbrook Witt, both of Harlan; his grandchildren, Kealeigh Holbrook, Alli Witt, Kelsey Holbrook and Abbi Witt;
his step-grandchildren, Maverick Morgan and Phoenix Morgan;
his sisters, Joy Holbrook Sutton of Knoxville, TN and Georgianna Saylor Milwee and husband, Lonnie of Harlan;
two nieces, Renae and husband, Charles Cole of Lexington and Jamie and husband, Jeff Hensley of Calhoun, Georgia;
one nephew, Michael and wife, Beth Saylor of Harlan;
and four great-nieces and four great-nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8 at Rich Funeral Home with funeral services at 8PM with James Forrester of The Poor Fork Church of Christ officiating. Music by Seth Carmical & Lonnie Milwee.
Burial will be Friday at 11AM at Holbrook Cemetery at Bledsoe with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
