Race in Knoxville

Forrest, Elyse and Bob running up the final hill of the 10 mile run in Knoxville.

great time!  Forrest turned around and ran 8 more miles~  She is preparing for her big run in Richmond in November.

Fall Break

Fall Break started with a concert!

The Avett Brothers were at the Smokies Stadium.  A great concert and a little chilly.

Then moving day.  Elyse to Kingsport.

She had great help.

I stayed with her for a few days and we manage to get almost everything in order.

Mike and I would like to say "THANK YOU" to all her helpers.  It sure did make it a lot easier.  So thanks, Bob, Carolyn, Terry, Evelyn and Forrest!  Carolyn even brought wonderful food!
