8 days in school!

8 days in school and so far I know:
I have 17 great boys and girls-
It is wonderful to begin the year with a student teacher ----
It doesn't take long for you to get very tired--
It is very hot on the playground--
I'm really glad I wasn't in the cafeteria when there was a snake in there--

I think it's going to be a great year!

2 weeks behind me

Well, school has started and so not much excitement going on.
Elyse has started her student teaching so she is really busy with that.
I have a great class - only 17 of them. I have a wonderful student teacher and
she makes my job so much easier.
It is so hot now - that it's just gross to go outside.

One note- Forrest moves in tomorrow to UT. Evelyn (my sister) is in for a few
hard weeks.
