We celebrated in Bristol on Saturday for

Daddy's birthday.

Daddy is 91.

Elyse and Forrest planted Daddy some pansies.

Always a fun time--no matter what we are doing.

It looked like it died after I planted it. Today
I was looking around and I spotted it.

Damascus, Virginia

Emory was baptized on Sunday at Damascus United Methodist Church in Damascus, VA. It was a beautiful service and Emory was the perfect angel.

Elyse Meets Emory

Elyse got to meet Emory for the first time Saturday. We met and had lunch together and then went to a couple of stores.
Emory is the best baby. She smiles from ear to ear and those eyes just melt your heart. Thanks Erin, for sharing her with us.

Not much happening

Just not alot going on in my life right now. No exciting visitors - no babies - to take pictures of.
One more week of school before Spring Break -- that is fun to think about.
Forrest has had the flu, but returned to school today. Her and her mommie are getting ready to have a 3 week break from school.
Carolyn encountered a snake skin on her steps - no body has been found as of yet.
Elyse passed her GRE so she can now move into the next step of her education.
Windy has started working at Penneys - along with her real job. She is in fine jewelry- she picked out a watch to buy and darn someone else bought it. Believe me she will find another one.
Beckett had a birthday - he is growing up fast.
Mike and I have been watching Hallmark movies. You know times are bad when you have to watch a Hallmark movie to be cheered up.
That's about it. We are going to go finish a Hallmark movie we started last night. This is a series we have watched. We are on the 6th and final one. If you are interested in knowing the name just let me know. Oh the funny thing (or sad thing) is that we've seen them before.
